Before it's official launch I was invited to participate in the
Dialog on Leadership project, sponsored by The Society for
Organizational Learning and McKinsey&Co. Its documents form
an ongoing inquiry into
the emergent perspective of personal and collective leadership
and social change, based on the capacity of humans to
illuminate the blind spot.
Illuminating our Blind Spot offers insight into the personal and
social-aesthetic technology, that would enable individuals, groups and
even globally distributed systems to shift the (inner) place from which
they operate tapping into the sources of their collective intelligence
and common will.
